Kev has 37 years of leadership experience across the military, private and public sectors.
He has delivered leadership training cross-Government as well as overseas in dynamic and challenging environments. Kev considers that people are the greatest asset to an organisation and feels that emotional intelligence and communication are key to effect leadership.
Kev has a L6 in Youth Leadership and Management which he gained whilst volunteering with the Royal Air Force Air Cadets which provides citizenship training aged 12-20 years of age. He has also mentored Cadet Force Adult Volunteers. Kev also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education which is Level 7. In June 2023, Kev was the recipient of a PG Cert Learning and Teaching Excellence in Practice Award at Anglia Ruskin University.
