Louise leads TCM’s team of Customer Success Managers (project managers), ensuring seamless, values-led delivery of our consultancy and training programmes. With over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Louise has built deep expertise in employee relations, cultural change, and leadership development.
A passionate advocate for wellbeing, inclusion and positive workplace cultures, Louise has always championed proactive people development. Early in her HR career, she recognised the growing impact of unresolved conflict and relationship breakdowns on both organisational performance and individual wellbeing. This insight shaped her belief in a more constructive, resolution-focused approach to workplace dynamics.
Motivated by this, Louise joined The TCM Group to support our mission of building fair, just, inclusive and high-performing workplace cultures. As a TCM-accredited Mediator and Investigator, she combines her HR expertise with practical resolution skills, enabling her to guide clients through complex challenges with clarity, empathy and confidence.
Louise now focuses on helping organisations embed resolution-first thinking across their people strategies, empowering them to address issues before they escalate and to cultivate cultures built on trust, collaboration and compassion.
