About Jasmine Kalus

With over a decade of experience in People & Culture, Wellbeing, Social Work, and Positive Psychology, I am passionate about fostering human flourishing. I create environments that enable positive transformation, enhancing the wellbeing and potential of individuals and organisations.

I hold a Bachelor of Professional Communications, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Diploma in Positive Psychology, supported by extensive hands-on experience. My career began in case management, assisting vulnerable individuals with challenges like family violence, housing instability, financial stress, and mental health concerns. I later transitioned into leadership and people and culture roles, where I continue to drive meaningful change.

Using evidence-based approaches like Positive Psychology, mindfulness, and non-violent communication, I bring calm, care, and clear goals to every project. My expertise includes leadership, risk management, facilitation, counselling, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and team collaboration. I’m committed to creating safe, inclusive environments that foster growth and deliver measurable improvements in satisfaction, productivity, and performance.

A problem solver with a growth mindset, I’m motivated to inspire others and achieve results. Colleagues describe me as reliable, proactive, and instrumental to team success. In 2023, I was honoured with a Staff Recognition Award for my initiative, leadership, and ability to get things done; “a team player, the glue to a team and someone who gets it done. For having initiative and being the leading deckhand of the ship.”

I love my work, exploring new places, walks in the park and I dance a lot.
