Emma is an experienced and highly credible leadership and organisational development consultant with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations build cultures of trust, performance and accountability. With a background as Director of People and Operations and Deputy Director of Organisational Development, she brings real-world insight into what it takes to lead and influence in complex, high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Known for her intuitive, grounded and action-oriented style, Emma creates spaces where leaders and teams can reflect, speak openly, and move forward with clarity. She works cross-sector with organisations including the NHS, wider public sector, private companies and SMEs to strengthen leadership capability, align behaviours with strategy, and embed lasting cultural change.
Emma‘s approach is rooted in the belief that great leadership starts with self-leadership. As an EMCC Accredited Executive Coach and Spotlight Practitioner, she helps leaders connect with who they are, how they lead, and the impact they have. She brings a deep understanding of emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and organisational psychology to her work, enabling leaders to unlock performance, navigate change, and foster psychological safety.
Whether she’s designing leadership frameworks, delivering high-impact leadership development, coaching individuals or groups, or supporting cultural transformation, Emma combines strategic thinking with warmth, honesty and curiosity. She collaborates closely with clients to develop bespoke solutions that are not only practical and effective, but also people-centred and sustainable.
Emma holds a Master’s in HR and Organisational Development and has worked with clients including Babcock, Costa, a range of Further Education colleges, the NHS, and Montane to name a few.
In her downtime, Emma enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, being outdoors, doing yoga, and cooking for family and friends.
