ILM Approved

We are an approved ILM Centre and we deliver recognised ILM courses. The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) developed its ILM Recognised certification to provide world-class quality standards and learner experience. Many of our leadership and management programmes carry this globally recognised endorsement.

IoL Accredited

All 14 of our Engage Leadership modules are accredited by the Institute of Leadership. This recognition confirms that the programme meets the Institute’s evidence-based standards across its Five Dimensions of Leadership: authenticity, vision, achievement, ownership and collaboration.

Everyone who completes the full programme will be entitled to use the post-nominal letters MIoL after their name – a meaningful acknowledgment of their leadership development journey.

Learners will also receive student membership with the Institute, providing access to a curated range of online leadership development resources through its award-winning platform.
