Following University of Portsmouth commissioning TCM to deliver our Quality Conversations® programme –  Executive Dean Sherria Hoskins watched her fellow cynics transform into optimists.  She was delighted to observe senior leaders utilising skills that were taught to them every day. By nipping difficult issues in the bud, the need for formal performance and disciplinary processes has reduced by over 80%. The biggest lesson for Sherria was to not promise staff the earth – but provide them with the skills, tools and understandings to work through difficult moments.
